If I could give it (-) stars I would.. it was the worst experience. My daughter and I came there for the first time. The one who did my hair.. burned me with the blow dryer the whole time she was blow drying it.. then burned the side of my face with the flat iron. So I have a burn mark on my face..and my hair wasn’t even silky. The roots were frizzy. I have 3A hair.. They had an inexperienced person try to do my daughters hair which her texture requires an experience person. Her hair was stiff..she used way too much product in her hair because she was inexperienced. My daughter left crying. I was so embarrassed to leave a salon who was suppose to do her hair and it looked like my daughter did it herself. It was HORRIBLE!!! I would never recommend them.. I felt like they ripped me off for $95 dollars. I had to go home and try to do something with her hair.. my hair...

My daughter and I went there faithfully for about 1 year. We am African American with mid back length hair ( my daughter’s is down to her bra strap) I found this place to really be able to straighten our hair where the process would last . Good thing ! The reason I took points is because I had a very bad experience with one of the washers. The older lady that washes did not know what to do with my hair. She put something in it to make it hard. When I asked she said it was a deep conditioner, not what I usually het. She then manipulated the hair in such a way that it was severely tangled 🥵😡🤬. Long and short she pulled and combed breaking my hair. The stylist had to cut it . The owner was on vacation and then Covid happened have not been back since. Needed to do my hair so I called this Salon a day before for an appointment and I was told I can come In on Saturday without appointment. But sadly when I arrived so happily with my husband the owner treated me so cold and told me to let my hair out to see the length and texture then told me to come back at 12pm. I felt so shame.
