BET Armory — Local services in Bridgeport

I don't know who to contact or how anyone can fix the mistrust and pain I have in my heart because of BET Armory. I have had my eyes on a revolver that is an exclusive from a company that does great custom designs for companies like Glock, Ruger, Colt, and many more. They sold out during Black Friday from every retailer so I thought that was it. About 2 months ago all the major firearm retailers got some in stock and I waited too long and BET Armory and one other retailer were the only ones with it in stock. I trusted them with my business and I received a used or heavily damaged revolver instead of the 'new' one like I was told and is on the box. BET was either having employees take it home and fire it or they stored it in one of the trailers behind their business, either way it has a copious amount of rust on the face, iron sight, cylinder, and tomorrow when I take it apart I will find out if the internals are rusted beyond belief. I'm new to guns and the only reason I bought it was it was one of the last ones anywhere and also I did not fully inspect it, not knowing what to look for being that this is my first revolver. I will be contacting the manufacturer tomorrow to see what they can do for me but please be wary if purchasing a gun from here and make sure to inspect for rust, deep scratches that are in multiple places, the crown and gunpowder before accepting it, watch out for companies that will let guns leave in the state they sent to me in. By the way, I haven't even put ammo or fired this gun yet, I need to see if the manufacturer could do anything for me because I know that BET Armory probably won't if they let it leave...

Another online gun store that doesn’t ship to Alaska, but the one star isn’t for that. The one star is because I had to waste my time creating an account to check out and then not be able to because I lost the option to ship after creating account. I was left with just the option of picking up from a retail location. I then had to search for the reason why. They do not ship to Alaska and that’s where my address was and that’s why the shipping option disappeared. Would be cool if I didn’t waste far too much time shopping on the website, creating an account, trying to checkout, and then having to google search what was happening before learning about them not shipping to Alaska. A place where 90% of the people on Gunbroker have figured out...

Do not purchase from this place! I purchased a $1500 beretta 92x performance online sale. They sent me a pistol that had a nasty scratch on it. I took apart the pistol and it was clearly dirty, like it was used and not shot once from the factory. I had to pay another transfer fee out of my own pocket to get the replacement pistol. The lady Meghen Jones was very unhelpful and was arguing with me over the phone when I asked her to assist in the payment of the transfer fee that was a mistake in their end. After she said No! Then they sent me the replacement 92x performance in the nice vault case it comes in that was completely scratched up again. Avoid purchasing from this place, they will not take care of you even a mistake...
