Okay... so I’ve been there for boots before. Not bad service. A little pricy. But overall decent experience. (Only reason it’s 2 stars and not 1) RENTALS: needed a skid steer for a day so I called and was told it was $250 and gave them credit card. When the piece was delivered the price was $364 including delivery and tax. I understand that they need to charge for this but I was never told and thought the delivery was included. It was a little extra, but not a huge deal. While using the skid steer we accidentally shattered the front windshield. I called and told them, but cleaned up all the glass and cleaned out the gasket and everything. A couple weeks later they call me and say that the windshield replacement was $560! Wow! Okay still no big deal. I found them online for $178 but nothing I can do now. The PROBLEM was their attitude when they called. I asked about the delivery charge and told them I was never told and it would have been nice to know. They got VERY defensive and said they could charge me even more for fuel ( was never told I had to refuel ). I was very disappointed in them after the phone call even though I had a positive impression beforehand. OVERALL: it felt like there were many secret hidden fees that I was never told about. Soooo....this place likes to hire sexual predators. My fiancee went in to sell something and was verbally assaulted by an employee. When I went in to complain I was told that they would talk to him. When I requested something be done about the matter I was told nothing would be done and to call the police. When the cops got involved a guy named Tom who wouldn't give his last name (I was told by the cops that he's the owner) approached me and got in my face very threateningly, with fist balled, and told me to leave the property ( Not so nicely though). I purchased a JD 1025r TLB from Scott M. in the Marietta store. Not only did they have the best price I could find (and I searched for months) but Scott went above and beyond as a sales person. He was always quick to follow up, straight forward and helpful. I visited several local JD dealers prior to traveling nearly 350 miles to Bridgeport Equipment & Tool. None of the local guys seemed extremely interested that I was considering a 1 series, Scott on the other hand handled my purchase as if I was buying one of the Big Boys.
