I should have seen the red flags when I dropped off my laptop and the blonde male tech was vaping in the shop with no care. But since they were recommended by a trusted co-worker, I put my judgements aside.
I'd avoid this shop at all costs. I had a laptop fixed in July. The power button was broken so they said they had to solder it back together. After $150, the button didn't have anymore "resistance" then it did before and didn't guarantee my computer to turn on. It is now March and my laptop doesn't function, after taking it to a new shop I was told the issue was created bc of damage that happened during the soldering. I also found out they should have just replaced the button instead of soldering it.
When I called Cell it here to explain the damage I was transferred to three separate people. The third guy who I was told was the one who soldered did not listen to what I was saying, got rude with me when I corrected him, and told me there is nothing they can do but "work with me" on selling me a new laptop.
Unless you want to spend $150 to have your electronics damaged beyond repair - I suggest looking elsewhere.
I would also like to add their attention to detail sucks because I had to go back after picking up my laptop to get my charger because they gave me the wrong one.

So, when I went into this place it didnāt hurt that there was someone in front of me being taken care of who had been sent there from AT&T as well. After a few minutes behind the scenes they assured me they could transfer all my momās stuff over to make the new ālookā just like the old. I stopped back a couple hours later and it was done. Crisis averted. It was so inspiring how professional and poised a young guy name Michael was through the whole process - and it never felt like a problem at all. Connections and conversations often make me wonder if itās really about the products or services themselves, and this is one of those times it was just great to have been put in that place so I could see just how technologically gifted some people are. Before giving up hope on your phone...

The OtterBox that that phone has been in since it was brand new from AT&T. No longer fit because the back glass isn't a genuine Or at least within spec to fit inside of a case Very...
