Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Walked in and employees didn't acknowledge me. One of them was standing in front of me and said nothing. A guy came in a few minutes later and they greeted him and asked him what his order was. After that they asked me what my order number was told them i didnt know since my husband placed the order. I gave his name and the employee looked at the orders waiting to be picked up then walked off to box pizzas. Another guy walked in they greeted him and asked about his order. When the employee was done he went back to the waiting orders and pulled one that clearly had my husband's name on multiple boxes and asked if it was mine.

Pizza was warm and the sauce cup was only half full. Bread sticks were hard...

The employees are awesome and it’s a shame they have to deal with customers literally yelling at them and cussing them out because they are busy and customers have to wait. People wonder why places are short staffed well would you want to be cussed out for doing your job? We are not machines or robots. It takes time to make food especially when you have 25-30 order and each order has 5 or more items plus all items need to bake these aren’t 3 minute microwave items. Next time you have to wait please check the order screen and see how many orders there actually are and if you want to complain do...

Ordered a pizza for pick up. Walked out to my car & looked into the box to make sure there was garlic sauce & noticed it was plain cheese pizza and no pepperoni. I walked right back in asking for a new pizza with pepperoni & they told me I’d have to pay for both pizzas since I left the store with the pizza. I only went to my car & it was still on their property. Manager Cassie was very rude & said my store, my rules. I had to pay for a pizza that I did not want nor ate. I will never return to this store & will be sure to tell all our friends as well. Horrible...
