Jade Lee Kitchen — Restaurant in Bridgeport

Honestly I wish I didn’t even have to put one star. This is the second time I find something very disturbing in my food hair etc. I worked up the street At the hospital and went to pick up my food to only find once again that there was hair and other Disturbing things in my food for the second time around in less than two weeks.When I had brought the food to them the same way they gave it to me and showed them the hair they pulled it out and started laughing about it. Then they offered to make it again I kindly refuse because this was an ongoing situation with them. If you ever go there you’ll notice that none of them wear gloves or hairnets I am currently filing and investigation with this Chinese restaurant with the department of health and food inspections. I do not recommend anyone eat from this place !!! They are very unprofessional and unsanitary. They even have the meat exposed without covering gets inside the fridge upfront they are very unsanitary I do not...

If I can rate this Chinese takeout food, I would rate it a zero but since the stars start from one to five, I have to give it at least the one which is me being very nice. I would never order from this place ever again they are extremely rude. The food was not fresh. The chicken tasted like I was walking into a chicken poultry and had this disgusting rotten taste. I called to complain and the man wanted to argue with me telling me to bring the food back you I placed my order for delivery. I did not want to drive. I would never recommend this Chinese takeout. It’s awful. Don’t spend your money or waste your time talking to these rude people even the way they pick up the phone to take the orders. They don’t even say hello they say what you want. A thousand thumbs DOWN. I should have learned from the first time and I gave them another chance....

Jade lee always has an attitude when you call. I’ve ordered food from there a few times And I always find short hairs on my food. Soo I wondered if they wear hair nets!!! I went there to pick up my food so I can see for myself if they do and question answered they don’t. I would never order food from there again it really turns my stomach. Oriental on Madison ave. Is better I get 6 shrimps on my rice instead of 3 🤦‍♀️. That happened to me also...
