I’ve taken my puppy here for a total of 3 times and I really like they way they treat dogs and pet owners however this last time I got upset due to the fact that they changed the way they priced their packages based on the dogs weight. First 2 times it was a set price but this last time when I come to pick up my dog and I am ready to pay, the check out lady tells me a different amount (about $20 more of what I used to pay) so when I asked why the price was different from last time she said it was due to the change on their weight policy. I understand that prices may go up however this was never explained to me when I dropped off my dog neither when they called me the day before to confirm the appointment. I give my dog baths at home but when it comes to grooming he needs to get it done by a professional and this place was recommended to me by a friend so that’s why I come here but I guess the visits now won’t be as frequent as before anymore. My mom and I recently took our pups Layla and Kodi to Woof Gang Bakery , and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, The host and Annamaria our groomer and the entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. I have to give a special shoutout to the amazing lady who checked us out—unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she was absolutely fantastic! She helped me book the perfect grooming appointment and guided me through the best options for my dog’s needs.

The grooming itself was top-notch. Our dogs came out looking adorable, smelling great, and most importantly, happy! The groomers clearly care about the pets they work with, and it shows in the quality of their work.

Now, here’s the funny part—I didn’t realize why it was called Woof Gang Bakery until I saw the display of baked goods. Duh! The treats looked so good I almost wanted to try one myself. It’s such a nice touch to have high-quality, gourmet treats alongside top-tier grooming services.
