I requested she be careful when cutting my nail because I had a scar from a current foot surgery. she got annoyed and mumbled to the tech next to her. I asked that she file my nails straight across and that too annoyed her, again mumbled to the other tech. I asked if there was a problem, she replied, I’m just talking to my friend. She applied baby oil to my legs for the message and never removed it. Did not apply a massage cream. When she finished I asked if she could remove the oil because it was very greasy. She walked away, again mumbling this time to the woman at the front. got a dry towel and spray bottle from the back. She half heartedly started spraying and wiping my legs with what I thought was water. Turns out it was alcohol. I finished wiping off the oil myself. Walked up to the front and told the woman, believe the manager? That I did not appreciate being talked about. She in a very loud voice, stated we were not talking about me. Recently began going to this salon and I will never go anywhere else! They always do a great job on everything! They take their time, are friendly and professional and the salon is modern and extremely clean! The prices are comparable to anywhere else and they offer a discount after so many visits. I have been to other salons on the island as I have resided here in Brigantine for about 8 years and have yet to been able to find a place on the island that I like going to. I’m either not satisfied with the service, the staff is rude or it isn’t clean. So happy I found this place and I highly recommend trying it out!
