Ashore Realty Inc — Local services in Brigantine

We rented a beachfront home for six weeks thru Ashore, at great expense. When we arrived, we found a note on the ice maker, “this ice maker does not work”. When we questioned it, we were told that the lessors refused to repair it, and directed to call Dennis Allen, which I did.

I asked him why he would not repair the ice maker and he responded by shouting that he was not going to repair it and “just go to Wawa and get your ice.”I asked him to lower his voice, which caused him to begin shouting at me to “get out of the property” !

We never had use of the ice maker and we did purchase ice for the six weeks that we resided there despite the fact that as lessees we were entitled to have the amenities in working order. It was easier to purchase ice than speak with such an unpleasant individual.

Ashore Realty has done a phenomenal job handling our rentals for the past decade. Their staff is friendly and very helpful with any inquiries. While all the agents are amazing, Arno is exceptional. He has the patience of a saint and is always very helpful any time/day of the week. Heather, who handles their front desk tasks, as well as keeping each agents' tenants and landlords' schedules straight, is the most organized and helpful person I know.
