Smile Factory — Local services in Brigantine

Let me just start by saying - I do no write reviews. However, I feel compelled to do so after finding this amazing arcade! My family has owned a house down in Brigantine for almost 7 years, it wasn’t until this summer that we finally caved into our kids asking to go to the “beach arcade” - and man, I’m so glad we listened and gave in! This is not only one of the cleanest arcades I have ever been to.. but one of the most nostalgic. It reminds my husband and I of arcades when we grew up; the games, needing actual tokens to play, and receiving actual tickets! Not to mention, this is one of the FRIENDLIEST arcades/businesses in the area. The staff here every time we have come (in the double digits now for the summer) has been so welcoming, kind, and just overall lovely. It’s sad to say, but this day and age - that’s HARD to come by. The owner is so delightful and you can tell her love for the arcade and literally making it a smile factory for everyone who comes in! We will definitely recommend and continue...

We took our daughter here on the last night of our vacation. Madison set up a duck game that wasn't functioning fully, and then made sure that she was able to pick out something exciting with her limited tickets. She left with a huge smile on our face that the staff absolutely created. It was the type of kindness that really only can happen at a local small business. We were so grateful.

I took my kids to this location and we had a great experience! The games were fun and simple for young kids. The place was clean and the staff very friendly! The staff was so helpful when my kids couldn't win a toy in the claw grabber. They opened up the machine and gave my kids the toy. Also the staff was so kind and everyone was so friendly to little kids. I am extremely happy with this awesome arcade! I highly recommend this location for families or any age. I can't wait...
