The UPS Store — Local services in Brigham City

Staff was plenty pleasant, but unable to help me. Manager was coaching employees on cleanliness in front of customers, having them sign off on expectations. I feel like the right place to do that is somewhere private. They were unable to help me ship a broken toy airsoft gun (even without the tiny battery that it runs off, bright orange front end...) back to the manufacturer for my son. Said they don't ship any types of guns. Any guesses who delivered this exact one to my front porch, from the manufacturer?.... Yep... I tried at the counter, they said I had to do it online. Stood there with my phone setting it all up only to have it declined at the last page. They said they can't do anything more and I'll have to try somewhere else. Got it. The runaround and loss of common sense today is frustrating. I'll check the other box when ordering anything...

I came in at least ten minutes before closing time to ship a couple packages. There was only one other customer there with plenty of time, but I could tell the worker was very antsy to leave. Before he even finished helping the other customer, he closed the security gate halfway (even though it wasn't even close to closing yet). Overall it sent a message of please leave. After taking my packages, I turned around and slammed right into the security gate that he put right at my height. After asking "Are you ok?" And not even waiting for an answer, he left and went to the back, presumably to start closing. Now I have a giant goose egg a week before my wedding.

Terrible service, hazardous...

I love the UPS Store! Not only were they helping me process my 15 Amazon returns, a line started to form because I was taking so long and they were still kind and patience with me. They were hustling around helping others while I was still trying to figure it out. (Blond moment). The UPS store is a life saver I literally go there multiple times a month for laminations, binding and printing and they have always been quality every time. With the holidays everyone told me the prices would go up, but compared to other options I think their prices are good. I am always forgetting to bring my own envelopes and boxes for my packages its so helpful the variety they have to...
