Would give zero stars if I could. I spoke with the same person twice and each time his tone of voice sounded irritated and condescending. He was completely uninterested in helping I had some issues with this company and was able to have an excellent conversation with the owner. He called me and was very respectful, answered my questions and genuinely wanted to resolve the issues for his business. He followed through with the things he said he would do and I was so impressed with how he handled all of it. He did not make or ask for any commitment of our return to his company, just really wanted to fix the problem and understand what had happened. Read moreUtopia internet is fantastic when it works. However, since Brigham Net is my gateway to Utopia--I expect them to step up on the rare occasion that Utopia has issues. I reported an outage early in the afternoon, received no follow-up and they provide no after hours phone number. This was only the 2nd time in 4+ years that I have required their assistance and they failed me both times. Maybe it's time to choose a different provider...
