This review is a few months late. Excellent experience with Josh. Got new sound system installed a few months ago. New head unit, speakers, amp and subs. Perfect sound. Exactly what I was looking for and he got it done quickly and it was affordable. He actually finished my system the day before he was getting married since he knew I wanted to get it done so bad and not have to wait til he got back and he sacrificed his personal time to accommodate me. This past week the usb port he installed broke off ( probably my fault not his) and my subs weren't working properly after an interior detail at a car wash. I texted him and he responded quickly and got me in the next day and fixed it all for me and it sounds perfect again. If you need any type of sound system, remote start, alarm, etc you will be doing yourself a disservice by not having Josh do the work. He is a true professional and he's a good dude. Had an awesome experience with Josh at AES. The screen on my Chrysler 300 dashboard had a wave at the top which started switching stations, climate, etc. Josh explained in detail that glue had dripped down behind the screen. He ordered me a new screen n within days installed it while I went to lunch. Josh also gave me tips, like use a screen protector on my windshield, as my dashboard is black n this cuts down on the sun beating on the electronics of the vehicle n other helpful tips. Josh also showed me how to use my Android Assistant for everything n gave me another charger. I was getting another price from someone else who basically would make a total profit by using my screen, scraping the glue off and putting it back in!
