Very poor customer service. I had a hair in my food and I only wanted my money back, but the owners wife and son-In-Law questions my motives. They accused me of making it up, trying to act like she couldn't see the black hair clear as day (that I have photos of) I couldn't believe it, when I called they said they'd give me my money back and they offered to make me a new one, I said I just wanted my money back. But when I got there they refused to give me a refund and forced me to take the food. I used to eat there all the time, i loved their food. But never again will i spend money there and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know how awful they are to people. The owners wife lied to my face and said she didn't have the power to give me a refund and said I had to come back and talk to the owner(I didn't know she was the owners wife at the time). Thankfully my Mother went back with my food and got my money back, the owners wife was SCREAMING at her the whole time saying we are never to show our faces in their again. I just couldn't believe the way they acted over $12.50 that's all it would have cost for the food with hair in it and I wasnt gonna say anything about it either, but instead she wanted to act like I was a monster for wanting a refund. She said to me if I didn't have money why was I getting food? Like what did that have to do with any of this!? So my mom took all the food back, got my $20 back, and now I'm gonna tell everyone how they acted over it. It didn't have to be this way, but reap...

My family and I continue to look for good pizza places in the Levittown area. Ponticelli was recommended to us so we gave it a try. The first thing I'll say is the woman who answered the phone was extremely nice. I can't say enough how great it is to have a pleasant person answering the phone. We ordered 2 pizzas and a chicken finger platter. The food was ready in under 30 minutes. The facility has plenty of parking. I pulled up and almost thought I made a mistake due to all the available parking. Not a single vehicle was parked there. I went in and met the woman who is answering the phones. A nice grandmother type. Very friendly and greeted me immediately. The transaction went quick and I was on my way. At home the pizza looked amazing. We had a half pepperoni half plain pizza and a Buffalo Chicken pizza. I really liked the Buffalo Chicken pizza. Real big pieces of chicken and spicy as it should be. This pizzeria exceeded all my expectations! I was greeted by the friendly staff and was told to seat where my family pleased once we told them we were dining in. They then accommodated our 1 year old with a booster seat. we immediately felt comfortable with service. We started off with a 12 pc wing to share for an appetizer, which was cripsy and falling off the bone. and they let us split the wings with 2 sauces. Buffalo and garlic parmesean. 😋 we also shared a Detroit style pepperoni pizza which was so light and fluffy and crispy cheesy edges. And the pizza was sauce was delicious. Along with the pizza we tried the ponticielli's special (mushrooms onion pepperoni green pepper)cheeseteak which was also very delicious and cheesey on a soft toasty roll.
