Terrible communication and service. Takes advantage of customers by asking for time to resolve issue (when it isn't being looked into whatsoever), then turns around just to say that it isn't his problem after x amount of days has passed. Essentially stealing my money and keeping the item as well because of a site issue that had nothing to do with them or myself, when I never blamed them once for, (this is all I can assume at this time as they have provided no real update to the issue or take responsibility for this) however, it is their responsibility to fulfill the order and fix issues on the Seller end once brought to their attention, as I cannot fix it for them. But apparently this is what he seems to believe. He didn't reply to many messages with any real update / info., only that he is "looking for it". Then by him waiting 3 or more days between many replies wants to say, "not my responsibility after 14 days..." and they proceeds to mark the item as PICKED-UP IN STORE making it look like they fulfilled my order. He CHOSE to wait these 14 days before attempting to do anything. I notified them of a possible problem after 7 or 8 days after I didn't see the item arrive trying to give them time to ship and me to receive the item. He then replied after like he found it but with a nonsense message that makes no sense. When I ask for clarification, I get nothing. I message again, nothing.
No update on if it was shipped, no tracking, no receipt of tracking, no refund, no attempt to say sorry or even attempt to replace the item with another if they accidentally sold it or lost it. Just straight up lies, blaming the customer like I did something wrong by making a purchase? This is just dodgy, untrustworthy, manipulative acts like this that makes people not trust small businesses. I tried, I've been more than patient with this, but the entire situation is wildly unacceptable from a business of any sort. Get your store and act together and treat people like humans and not objects you use and blame for your poor business practices and loss of items. Simply communicating with me could have avoided a lot of issues.
Seems he's just taking my $$$ or will wait the MAX amount of time to actually resolve the issue by the site standards to be petty, then send it and act like a saint... I gave this company the benefit of the doubt, was beyond kind, and even gave many outs as to what went wrong and a very long time for them to get this resolved and us be still good with one another.
