Waffle House — Restaurant in Bristol

We have ate at this location several times as dine in customers. Our two favorite waitresses is Cass and Heather!! They both are very attentive!! I would have no complaints. Would give you 4.5 stars. Today I called in an order to go. It was 2 chicken sandwiches with bacon lettuce an mayonnaise. The hash browns were to be cooked well done and scattered, covered and chunked. . The chicken was a small piece didn't even cover half the bun, no bacon and no mayonnaise. No onions was a good thing.. The hash browns had nothing in or on them except grease and were half cooked. No where close to well done. I believe this will be the last call in order. We will stick to eating there, if we come back. I am so disappointed with this meal.. sorry but it will be a while for us...

Ok, I love Waffle House but we have problem with this location every time and most likely won't be back to this one, which sucks because it's the closest to my house. Where do I start..Had a to go order..ordered a Texas bacon cheese steak melt plate and it didnt have the onion or the bacon. Bacon is in the name!! I didnt receive my double order of hash browns.. only got a single order. Then ordered 2 chocolate chip waffles and they put them in the same container, which was fine. But only the top waffle had chocolate chips on it. Then there was no utensils or syrup? How are we supposed to eat waffles without syrup?? We even left a tip, but wishing we hadn't now.. what a total waste of our money. I understand being busy. But that's just bad...

My waffle and bacon were good, however, my husbands eggs were not cooked the way he ordered and his hash browns were cold. Service was very slow even though the restaurant was not busy when we were there. The waiters were more interested in talking to each other than taking care of customers. The worst part of the visit though was that the restaurant was filthy. There was trash and spill stains on the floors everywhere. While we sat and watched one of the waitresses dropped a butter packet on the floor, looked down at it and walked away. Another waitress walked by and stepped on it, looked at it and she walked away. Needless to say, we won’t...
