Italian Family Pizzeria — Restaurant in Bristol

Best cheesesteaks I have had so far living in bristol for the past 3 years. The fries are always fresh and crispy. The quesadillas are also good.-Addt comment- lately the man taking the order for our food keeps messing up our orders. One time we ordered a special steak with no sauce they added Sauce. It happens but this time I ordered 2 kids chicken nuggets platters and instead of getting those they gave my kids 2 small pieces of chicken tenders. My boys were very disappointed and wind up eating my food. The hoagies are still delicious and most of the time the food is great but that one guy who I think is the owner that takes the order... I think you need to step back and let someone else take the orders because there was many times that you directly have screwed up our orders. Edit again. The service has been better so I will leave...

Well, we still hunting for a nice pizza place since we just moved where.

Pizza - way way too much sauce, and cheese stops way before the crust. You can’t feel cheese, all sauce. So make sure to ask “easy on sauce”. Dough is pretty nice.

Wings - very dry, some wings extremely small. Should be shaken is sauce...

Cheesesteaks - good! Buns are not the biggest, but a very decent size, very nice amount of meat. Should add a little bit more cheese to make it darn good one! Order without hesitation.

Personnel - very friendly, helpful and was a pleasure to meet.

Called for a food order on April 27th. I have laryngitis so I know that I am difficult to hear but I was heard well enough when I placed the order. When it arrived they diddy not include the extra sauce or grated cheese that I requested. They confirmed what I said when I placed the order. When I called about this the person on the phone, in the middle of the conversation started saying, hello hello as if he could not hear me. He just didn't want to be bothered. As I said, he heard me well enough to take a $50 order. This has happened repeatedly when my voice was fine. I'm sure I was probably charged for the extras because they never forget that, just to send them...
