My Mother And myself ordered flowers for my sister's Funeral on 12/12 2020 we ordered two sprays one fhat said daughter it cost my mom $229.00 and mine cost $229 that said beloved Sister and I ordered a $50 with the tax money came to $315 .I was Mortified the sprays were sparce and the roses were half dead turning brown on both sprays the Lilly's on me be were dead and drinking and wilted. Several people asked where we got them from and said I would never go there again those flowers r aweful.not only Mortified We were embarrassed talk about cheap looking they were the worst looking sprays in the plane.the service was only two hours .I feel they used half dead flowers to begin with no way were they fresh DONT USE THIS FLORISTthey don't stand behind there work they offered $25 dollars off the bill well you can keep the $25 dollars because trust me we had 300 people at the funeral and they sure won't be using...

We ordered multiple different arrangements for my father’s funeral and they hand wrote the names for ribbons instead of the nice cut out letters. Then flowers were dying the day before the service. They are closed on Sundays so I had to email them to try and get this resolved before the service on Monday. To be sure it was fixed I had to drive my mother to Newtown to purchase proper ribbons to replace the hand written once. They did come and fix everything the morning of the service but would not compensate for the purchased ribbons or any of the bill due to “they fixed the problem”. No family should have to stress about floral arrangements for a funeral of their loved one. We will do business else where...
