Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Bristol

My sister and I arrived at this location at 8:40p on a Sunday. This location closes at 9p. Once we got there the employees ignored us for 5 minutes( one of the employees hid in the back once he saw us)and when they realized we weren't leaving the young male employee came over and stated that they were closed. My sister ask the employee that they close at 9p and he then state that they are closed. We then asked for his name( non of the employees were wearing name tags) which he did not give as he smirked at us. Honestly I am aware if was pretty close to closing time and they should have been polite and let us know that maybe their blenders are cleaned but instead lied that they were closed with an attitude and then wouldn'tgive us their name. We have only experienced tropical smoothie cafe when in Florida but we were thrilled to hear it coming to our hometown of Bristol.

We went a few days after opening and you could tell that the employees were still learning the ropes but the business did it right by having the owner/manager there to make sure they got the help they needed and to ensure a smooth operation for new employees.

The smoothies tasted exactly as they should seeing as though we have had them many times from living in Florida prior.

Delicious and the price is great for what you get. I didn’t notice until after my purchase that the smoothies are cheaper with a food purchase which makes it worth it too. I had the Baja chicken wrap and a sunrise sunset smoothie, the wrap had a spicy kick to it and it was delicious and very filling.
