Was so excited to find a new embroidery shop for my work uniforms, boy was I disappointed. I should have known it was a red flag when I had to email the manager 25 times before he would create an invoice for me. To make matters worse my coworkers also placed an order. Every last order had different font size. When I questioned why, I was told that was the standard font size which clearly wasn't, since every item had random font size. Save your money, dont buy ladies sizing its irregular and run small.
