This place is a joke. My wife and I ordered our furniture on 3/5/19 (a bed frame and two dressers). We were told that it would be 2 weeks and we could have it delivered. Two weeks comes and we get a phone call the day it is supposed to be delivered that it is damaged and they are going to need to reorder.
Nearly four weeks later my wife calls them and we are told that they "forgot" to call us.
We finally get a delivery date some weeks after that. Their excuse is that they are down on delivery drivers because most of them quit. I don't blame the drivers from quitting. I wouldn't want to work for this dysfunctional company either. Anyway, we were told by a "manager" that it would be delivered May 4th(almost two months to the day later) by 3 pm. We were also told that we were going to be the only delivery on that day. On May 4th, we receive a call at 2:21p saying they just loaded up and were coming. So we waited. At 3:30 I called and was told "we just loaded up and we are coming, but there is someone ahead of you". Also we are told that the is by himself and needs someone to help carry the furniture in with him. We had already asked a relative at this point to come over and receive the furniture but there was no way she was going to be able to help carry it in. My wife and I had somewhere to be at 5pm and we needed to leave. At 4:30 the driver calls and but now it is pouring rain. We agree that it would work better if he came on Monday now between 9am and noon. On Monday, having lost all faith in this company, I call at 10am just to check and make sure. I get told that they don't make deliveries on Monday and the only guy working that can drive is at the dump and is running errands for the rest of the day. One day of work lost. I reschedule for Friday. She told me I would get a phone call and they would be there before noon. They show up with no call at ~10:40 and I am at the front door and I watch them take the first dresser off...grinding the front on the back of the truck. I stop them at the front steps and tell them I won't accept that one. I walk to the truck and notice that the only other thing there is a sectional couch. No other dresser and no bed frame. They told me they don't have any paperwork on it. Two days of work lost. I then drive to the store location. There I finally meet the lady I've been speaking to on the phone in person. (I didn't catch her name and when I tried to call back to get it, the phone is off the hook. It has been that way for over an hour. She had long, curly blonde hair.) I ask for a manager. She is supposedly the only one there. I come to find out they show one dresser and the bed frame as already being delivered. They aren't there. Then she tries to debate me and basically calls me a liar. Then SHE lies and said that the last time we talked on the phone that we discussed that it was only one piece of furniture coming today. She offers me a refund. I tell her that is lazy retailing. I need her to fix the problem. We need our furniture. She says that she will reorder "today" and that it is going to be 2 weeks before everything comes in. I ask her to order it now, and she said "it will be ordered today". It has been two months and a week since we purchased. If everything goes perfectly, it will be 2 months and 3 weeks since purchase. I anticipate us hitting the 3 month mark. At that point, we will have waited for a simple set of furniture for a quarter of a year!
Horrible customer service. Horrible follow up. Terrible delivery crew. Bashful management that isn't willing to do their jobs. You could almost look past the dilapidated building with hazards hanging off of the front of it(a 2 foot piece of metal on a sign only being held on by a thin wire) but then you get inside and meet the people. This is the worst store in Bristol. In all honesty, I've lived in 3 states, worked in 4, and I have never seen such a passion for horrible customer...

I recently purchased 2 sectionals and a bed from Midway. I was lacking a lounger so due to the need for a new bed I asked if they could deliver it early. They did but they left out an ottoman, once they found it I had to go pick it up or attempt to. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager I was telling him how unhappy I was that the ottoman had been left out and I had to go pick it up. Well , he basically told me I was wrong in my feelings. I told him he was being rude and I needed to leave before I got really mad I also proceeded to tell him to never say a customer was wrong again . That customers are always right . I turned to walk out of the store the manager screamedā well maybe 30 years ago at Burger Kingā is it normal for a manager to scream at a customer??!!is this the customer service that we are now becoming accustomed to. We have bought our furniture there since 1995. That is our go to place anytime we needed something. After this is over ,I am not sure if I will buy from them or not. As long as that manager is there I doubt it! I would like to say our sales man Drew has gone above and beyond to make everything right. After this on Saturday I noticed a cut on my new couch but they ordered us a new one. My bed was broke is the reason we asked for the furniture to be delivered ahead of time .
