I went to a Celebration of Life for my Uncle Dale. The room was crowded but didn't feel crowded. The atmosphere is key to an event like this, they honored my Uncle with their professionalism. The buffet was full of option and lots of my favorites. The fried cheese and crispy chicken tenders were cooked perfectly and had the appropriate sauces offered. The tossed salad was fresh and complimented with a tasty and light Italian style dressing. Rustic potatoes could not have been better, and I'm tough on potato dishes. The sausage and peppers had great sausage, I don't eat the peppers. The pene pasta was cooked perfectly and the tomatoe sauce tasted very fresh. I had the chicken marsala, just grabbing a lightly sauced chicken serving, it was perfectly cooked and lightly flavored. Then, drum roll please, the carrot 🥕 cake dessert. Diane wowed us all with her delicious food— I have never been so full in my life, I couldn’t resist but going for seconds.. everything was delicious: the pasta w marinara, the salad with the Italian dressing, baked chicken, veggies, potatoes, boneless chicken tenders, and the bread!!! All of my favorite foods and not a single complaint- coming from someone who is very picky!! And to top it off, Diane’s daughter Lilly helped behind the bar.. they were so awesome to work with, very professional, kind and so fun to hang with! We had a service here for my grandfather's funeral. It was all really good, they're a new business so they have some kinks to work out but overall very good service. They ran out of appetizers and I would recommend they not tuck the desserts into the far corner behind people. They did forget an appetizer, but what they did make was excellent. The pasta was great, the sauce wasn't a vodka sauce, the chicken marsala was cooked well but boiled. The roast was excellent and the potatoes were excellent. Everyone loves the salad and rolls.
