Update 09/2021: I stopped ordering from this place for a while, especially after the nasty reviews as of late. But I didn’t feel like cooking one day so decided to order. The food didn’t taste too bad. It came pretty quickly and was still hot when I got it. The next day, I started to notice that every time I ate it, I got sick. I asked my friend who ordered with me if she was having the same issue, and she was. So I know it wasn’t just me. I don’t know what’s going on with this place, but it has gone downhill. I hope they’ll change their ways soon, but I won’t be ordering again for a while.

Original review: I have been going to this place for Chinese food for over 15 years now. I have never had an issue with long waits for delivery or pick up. Their food is awesome. However, they did change their recipe for the fried rices within the last few years and it just tastes like oil and I'm not a fan of those anymore unless they go back to their original recipe. This is why I gave them only 4/5 stars. Also, make sure you tell them how spicy you want dishes like General Tso's, otherwise it's more sweet than spicy.

I don't know why everyone is complaining about times. I just ordered from them for lunch and it only took 30 minutes even though I was told 45 minutes. The lady on the phone was very nice and answered my questions. The General Tso's was delicious as usual, but if you want spice make sure to tell them at least medium spiciness, but was a little dry not a lot of sauce. The chicken fried rice did not have the oily flavor to the rice thankfully. Beef and broccoli was delectable, but a few hard spots in the beef. Egg roll was a little oily, but you have to wrap it in a paper towel before eating it to get a little of the oil out, but the flavors of the cabbage and pork was still there. I’m only giving a 2 because the food is actually good. Unfortunately this is twice now that I’ve had a bad experience with service once when I ordered my food online and the delivery guy didn’t believe me that I left the tip online even though I had a copy of my receipt emailed, he gave me a huge attitude. The second time was yesterday, I ordered my soup with a minor modification and it came completely wrong, which is understandable it happens sometimes. The man I spoke to on the phone insisted on arguing with me about it that I didn’t ask for it a certain way when I told him I had a screenshot of my order, he finally said oh yeah I see it I read it wrong, then he said “I’m not going to send you a new soup but I’ll credit your account”. Fine, thank you and acceptable. He didn’t need to sit there and argue with me about it though, I know what I ordered. Also, he never credited my account. Never will order again. I typically order from here and have no problem . But today I order and we ran into a problem , I placed an order for DELIVERY for myself and coworkers this was at 11:45 a hour passes 12:45 and a lady calls asking if this food was suppose to be delivered because it was just sitting . We said yes it was suppose to be here for "12:31". She then states she going to look for one of her drivers so they can make our delivery ..... Its 1:20 and the man shows up to our office and I handed him the paper the emailed confirmation that clearly stated Delivery , I then ask did you bring the soda? He looks confused and didn't say anything . Before leaving he asks for tip and we said no tip because the food was cold , your forgot the drink and it took an additional 40 minutes to get our food .
