I brought my Collie mix here because my usual groomer was unavailable, and I'm extremely dissatisfied. They were definitely very nice and took good care of my dog which is important to me as my dog is very old, but the haircut itself is very bad. I asked for a trim, medium length fur, just to clean her up and shorten her hair for summer, and I got back a dog shaved down almost to the skin except her head and the tip of her tail. She looks absolutely ridiculous. They basically gave her a poodle cut, but she's a Collie/Newfoundland mix! Those are 2 long hair dogs, I've had her 17 years and not once has she been shaved down this much. Since she's old her hair is patchy in places, so it just looks uneven overall. I was in a hurry so I didn't take the time to tell them how unhappy I am, but I honestly regret paying for it. If I wanted her shaved down to nothing I could have done that myself for free. The only reason I'm not trying to get my money back is because they treated her well, but I'm NOT enjoying people laughing at her on our walks, and won't be bringing...
