Subway — Restaurant in Bristol

Was very disappointed today. I went to get a meatball grinder the way I've had from you before and barely got a snack. The size is nowhere near what it used to be. The roll was shockingly small as were the meatballs which did not fill it properly. The girl behind the counter while yes was quick needs to pay more attention to the customer while they are talking to her. I asked the price and without waiting to hear if I wanted it just started making it. I had to stop her and ask again. Another custo.er came in and instead of cashing me out and then starting his order she put mine down and started his order over his Insisting she should cash me out she put mine down and started his saying it was easier dor her that way. I went to subway today and I was served by a female with glasses who did a awesome job on both my sandwich which was difficult to make because I get everything on it but she manage to put a smile on my face and the checkout was also accompanied by another female who was very nice. Thank you.

Today is December 7th 2024 and i went back to utilize 2 subway coupon and the same female with glasses was there. She is awesome and on point. I enjoyed both my sandwiches.

I went to subway today and got the usual which was turkey with everything on it and Victoria the manager made my day again. Sandwich maker was extremely rude, snippy and had a attitude the entire time I was there, didn’t seem that she wanted to even work.. well she is in the process of making the sandwich and she ask “what do you want on it” still having a attitude, so I politely say what I would like on it and then she sighs and with a bigger attitude says “that’s too much stuff, I’m not going to remember it all just keep repeating yourself” I’m shocked that a worker would give a attitude to a paying customer.. never going back to this location. all of the other subways that I have gone to i never had a issue with poor customer service...
