I tried to complain about moldy flower to Dave Slomski to which his response was "If you don't like it go buy your weed on the street"
Given that response I would say that you would be safer doing what you do and not signing up and putting yourself on a list because the DCP won't protect you from these people.
I told them that Dave told me to break the law and their response was "it's not like he is a medical doctor"...seriously. Mind you that this is a guy who would walk out of the back office hitting a customers replacement vape pen which itself even if he had a cannabis card would be illegal to consume in the dispensary and would be illegal to share a patients medicine.
For three months the owner hid in her office when I would come in knowing that I had asked other employees to relay to her that I needed to speak to her in regard to Dave telling me to break the law until finally one day she called me immediately after leaving the store to tell me I would not be allowed to go to my assigned dispensary any more.
If you are a potential qualifying patient and would like to see and hear proof, feel free to contact me at this ID, I offer this because someone needs to actually protect patients who use this flower for wellness because to these privileged people the only thing this program is about is a dollar sign and a fake smile.
I would advise not going here based on my experience with them and because of how the state and the DCP protects growers and dispensaries (and not consumers) I would refrain from buying from any of the dispensaries at least until a time where someone who know cannabis and actually cares is actually overseeing the program.
If you already are getting your medicine from someone who actually respects the product they sell and maybe even you, just stay away from this program until you have the legal option to grow your own and if you must sign up because you have absolutely no other option, avoid this dispensary at all costs...they really don't care about anything other than method of payment.
However, if you don't know much about cannabis and like being used as a prop and another story that these people can use to further satiate their own greed...go for it and thanks for being part of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLove this place. I shopped here for my first time Friday night after just moving to the area. The establishment smelled so fresh and was very clean. The gentleman at the front desk was so friendly and even gave me a cute mug for being a first time customer. It was busy when I went but it moved along fast. The sweet girl Bryn took her time with me and didnāt make me feel rushed as I wasnāt sure what I was really looking for since it was my first time in this dispensary. She even searched in depth for which product had the right terpene I was looking for. I didnāt even know anything about terpenes but she went over which terpene does what. She even found me the perfect sleeping gummy and I had my first restless night ever after having it for the first time. I was happy to sign up for the rewards and I even got a discount for signing up. It was a very quick process. My family came the next day to help me finish my move and tried a pre roll I got and letās just say they loved it so much that I went right back to get more . Bryn was right that sativa will definitely help you with your move. We got things done in record time. Thanks for your recommendations Bryn. The prices were great and they have some pretty good deals. Connecticut taxes are crappy but itās CT. I heard someone complain about prices when I was there and they said Massachusetts is cheaper. It may be a little cheaper but the quality and personal experience isnāt in Massachusetts itās in CT at Trulieve. Why waist money on gas to go out of state. I was told once a month they do wheel Wednesday. I canāt wait to go on a wheel Wednesday. The thought of having to spin a wheel for a deal sounds really fun. I was also signed up for text and email which will allow me to know when the sales and promotions are. I even got $5 off for signing up for that. Please go check them out you wonāt be disappointed. Thank...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUsed to be the best spot in the state, caring and catering to patients, had the best selections and prices. Now that they serve recreational customers that has all changed... They barely even have half of the selection they used to and the only thing that is reserved for medical patients is 1 hour of dedicated time for patient purchases in the morning and anything over 30 percent thc, you have to be medical patients. Since they have moved to their new location, it seems they are just putting profits before people. Also, they have eliminated their extensive flower selection and replaced it with flaccid bottom of the bag shake prerolls that the weed falls out of often! I'm super disappointed in the path the dispensary has taken. It used to be my favorite spot, so sadš .... UPDATE Since renewing my medical card, I have had a much better experience. At Trulieve, the staff does cater to the medical patients. Also, prices for products are noticeably discounted, and tax is not charged to your purchase. You are also able to purchase flower that's over 30% thc. The only thing I still am dissatisfied with is the lack of selection of flower and second cut compared to the amount of pre-rolls they offer. But, to Trulieve's credit, this is an issue coming from the distributor/grower. My original review was premature and/or ill informed, and I would update my rating to 4 stars! š š š š Unfortunately, it does seem to be a common experience for medical patients. That Trulieve (not The Healing Corner) has been favoring recreational sales over medical sales. Which is uncalled for and poor business, since this place was built on the sales of medical patients, who often...
