Terrible inventory and lazy staff (the girl at the register was very nice). I went in at 5:05 today to buy 2 toolboxes and a gun case, about $1200 worth of stuff. First they didn’t have any of one of the boxes I wanted in any color even though their online inventory said they should. Then the second box they only had in one color, which is fine, I’d settle for that, so the girl at the register radios the back to have them load it with the forklift into my pickup. They radio back “it’s too late, have him come back tomorrow.” Are you serious? Guess This location doing so well it doesn’t need or want my business. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to spend $1200 at a store. I then drove all the way to the Waterbury location and got there 20 minutes before they closed and they had all the colors in stock and loaded it for me no problem. They agreed with me that the staff in the back of the Bristol store was being lazy because it took about 4 minutes for them to come out and load it and I was out in 10 total minutes. You guys need to do better, especially in this economy, when people are trying to spend their hard earned money. I’ll take my personal business and my company business elsewhere...

Bought 2 pairs of Daytona Jackstand, 6 tons and 3 tons pairs. The 6 tons pair is good without any wobbling or issue.
Started using the 3 tons pair to work on my car (4000lbs car), the car started to tilt off to the side and i noticed half of the base of 1 jackstand is lifted off the ground. I always put a tire under my car whenever working on them for extra safety measurement. Took out the 3 tons and tested it them on a leveled flat surface, they wobble like crazy without any weight.
Took them back for an exchange, I did the wobble test without weight, the wobble is as crazy as the first pair that almost killed me for all 3 different exchanges. The supervisor ended up refusing me to return or to exchange anymore garbage quality of a jackstand.
Maybe if your store dont sell garbage quality jackstand then no replacements or returns would be needed.
Went to homedepot and bought a pair of 3 tons jack with a little more money, they are fine, no wobbling when...

Was too busy flirting with these guys from a landscaping company and converting about her boots then to assist customers. Finally when she decided to ring me up as I’m putting the items on the counter she’s staring at me as if she had a problem. Did not ask for my phone number or if I was a member. Just assuming I’m not I suppose. Every single time I walk into a harbor freight doesn’t matter the location at checkout they always ask for my phone number or I’m a member. But not today She Proceeded to ring up my items with out a word and one item was on sale but since she didn’t ask if I was a member it did not ring up correctly. I mentioned it to her, that one item was on sale she tells me that’s for members only. I told her I was a member. She then asked my number and corrected the price. But if she wasn’t trying to get back to flirting and rushing me out the door maybe she could have properly...
