Read moreI mean they can help you I'm calling tech support or customer support they just make whatever up that fits the story for T-Mobile you can pay monthly it doesn't matter make sure to save every single receipt so you can prove to them but they're not going to want proof that you've been paying monthly they're just going to add another month how much longer it's going to take for your phone to get paid off T-Mobile has gone very downhill in the last 4 years it's not great you lose connection going from North Royalton to Cleveland it's supposed to be fast 5G it's not it's very slow actually after so many years with T-Mobile I can say I'm truly disappointed they don't even carry the phone company anymore that I buy which means they're forcing me to buy the same phone that can do the same thing but at a much greater price now so I do not recommend...
