I visited your store located at 4223 E Royalton Rd, Broadview Heights, OH on Tuesday (6/11/19) evening.
I am not from the area so as my daughter and I were driving on 77S we saw the Pulp sign on the exit food sign. Excited to get a smoothie after the JoJo Siwa concert, we pulled into the parking lot and saw the "OPEN" sign still lit and roughly 8 customers inside the store.
We were greeted by a "Hello" when we entered the store; however, it took almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order. The other customers already had the majority of their smoothies and only 1 of your workers was actually working to make the remaining smoothies.
So finally 10 minutes after waiting at the register, the single working employee with her amazing attitude of annoyance took our order. Other employees were grumbling and making smart remarks about having "more to wash" due to us placing our order.
After leaving the cash on the counter (because said worker was too busy to actually take my payment and wait to provide OR give me an option of a receipt), we waited by the pickup side of the counter just as the large party of 8 was leaving.
While waiting, a young male walked into the establishment and was very vocal about his annoyance that the doors were still unlocked. He then proceeded to may VERY loud comments about how rude the prior party of 8 were to walk in at 8:59 before they were closing with 8 people and not leave a tip.
Now, to my embarrassment and not being from the area (where I reside our Pulp is open until 10pm), his continuous inappropriate comments of how rude this party of 8 was was extremely uncomfortable.
My daughter (5 years old mind you) and I quickly grabbed our smoothies and headed to the door where this said young male was at the door locking it behind us before we even stepped foot off of the side walk.
I attempted to call the store today to speak with the manager about this incident and was told the manager wasn't in and probably wouldn't be in at all today. The employee suggested that I call back tomorrow. I'm at a loss of how a business can be "ran" by a group of kids with no management present.
I am very displeased with the experience my daughter and I had at this location, to the point where my daughter acknowledged this young males poor behavior. Again, she's 5, and identifying the immaturity of a teenager.
I hope this incident is addressed with all employees working the night of 6/11/19, the behavior was completely...
Read moreSadly, our family has come to the Broadview heights pulp for years! We have spent much money and time there! Today on November 29th at approximately 8:30 to 8:40 pm, I want management to watch video on your camera to see how unprofessional the staff was. Previous staff never ever had a problem and these new hires were inappropriately complaining about customers to customers, eating while making food and smoothie for us and it took so long to make 1 smoothie, small salad and a wrap because your employee decided to make 7 smoothies for her and her car load of friends that took priority. Check out the video, it’s trashy and no longer classy. We will no longer be coming back here sadly. Went down hill with quality and care. We left without sandwich because the hygiene of them eating while making our food grossed us...
Read moreMaddie and Allyson (I hope that’s spelled right) aka A team, the dynamic duo, elevate this establishment. Their attention to detail with an order and their hardworking mindset truly shine above the rest. Their infectious positivity instantly lifts anyone’s mood and brings a smile to your face. I’ve been coming here pretty much everyday after working out and order the same thing and when they are working they instantly know my order and start right away the second I walk through that door. That shows an extra dedication to their hard work and care to the customers. Not only are they great with the customers but also each other. The establishment is always in perfect condition with them. I can list a million reasons of just how great these two are. Two fabulous workers right here, they...
