I bought in a novelty blanket for a special friends birthday .I talked to Sly about putting my friends name on the lower left corner by a huge butterfly ,which was significant for my friend. After I picked the blanket up, I noticed the name was put in the upper right corner ,near a small butterfly. I talked to Sly and he was very apologetic and wanted to make it right. I told him it was OK & just let it go, but he insisted on redoing it. He found the same blanket online ,ordered & paid for it . He had it completed just it time & it was beautifully done. My friend was emotional when she saw it . I can’t say enough about Sly’s work ethic as well as his staff. He was caring ,professional & knew how important it was to me. Next Level Embroidery is everything a local business should be and WAY MORE! Sly worked around my difficult design and apparel, as well as a really tight deadline. The turnaround time was insanely great. Not only that, I was waiting on 2 jackets to come in, and they were able to get them done for me same day and still work around my budget AND hand deliver them to my house when I couldn't make it to the store before closing.
