The Crossings — Local services in Broadview Heights

I posted this on fb, but felt the need to reiterate it on here too, something I forgot to mention on Facebook, the wait times here are super manageable, I’ve never waited longer than 10/15 minutes, but anyway: I cannot day enough great things about this location. The staff is all super friendly and attentive and for what you’re paying, you can’t get any better! As far as actual employees go, I can only really speak about one, Adrian (I hope I’m spelling her name right). She is incredible, she knows what I want better than I do and never disappoints, she also gives crucial advice on hair health. The service she provides is unrivaled and honestly, people think I spent like $50 on my haircut when I leave. She is so great that she is the ONLY person I trust with my hair now and I have exclusively been going to her for years. As a college student (at Miami University) whenever I need a haircut, I call great clips to ask when she works next and I make the 4 hour drive because that’s how incredible she is. I have even converted my sister and mom. She is so personable, remembers our past convos, recognizes my face (and knows when she sees me that I’m “her client”), and brings them up, and is all together a joy. Adrian, if you see this, please never leave great clips, because wherever you go, I’m going to have to follow!! As for anyone else looking at this review, you better not start crazily booking her up too much, I still need to see her too (kidding, but seriously). Never did I think I would be saying that a Great Clips employee has made such a lasting impact, but she really has, she has given me confidence about my hair and I can’t help but rave about her. My friends often spend 3-4 times as much on their haircuts as I do and I proudly say that I go to great clips (but I specify that this is the only location I go to, I have had mediocre experiences at other ones) and that they should really give it a try. Again, while I can only speak on Adrian, the entire staff is so nice and they really provide that “salon-style banter” that makes the experience even better! My experience with Adrian makes me believe that whoever is hiring these stylists has extremely high standards and harps on the importance of customer service, whoever it is, thank you for setting the bar so high and creating a new standard (and please never, ever let...
