I’ve been in the shop a few times and both times I didn’t find their staff friendly. what would have been the third time, I called and told them I would try to make it there by 5:30 which is when they close and I was there exactly at 5:30 as the metal shutters were coming down. I knocked on the door and saw someone but she clearly wasn’t going to open up so I could get some gold coins for my students for St. Patrick’s Day. So that’s their customer service for you- they’re not going to stay open an extra minute for anybody. not sure why am surprised when they were never friendly before, and specifically seemed irritated with having customers. The best yummy chocolate I've ever tasted! As a chocolate lover, I couldn't resist visiting this amazing candy store after a good friend sent my family some treats from the store. I wasn't disappointed when I got in there. All the candies were well displayed and I liked the packaging which makes them so easy to give away as gifts. The staff was friendly and helpful. This Chocolate is amazing! I have been trying to find a good chocolate since my favorite place closed in Hopedale Ma. The high end brands were not even close to what I used to get but this tastes so similar. I'm so happy I found a new place to go.
