The nerf guns don’t properly work the balls are rubber and not like anything like the pictures shown, nerf course different and so forth. We still still gave it a shot cause our kids wanted to do the nerf guns. First we had to wait even tho they wasn’t interested in the mini golf or the bowling but they waited patiently once course was “set up” meaning the guy came to the room it went down hill fast! 98% of the guns didn’t work properly to shot the bullets despite the guy trying to help only 2 people in the party of 9 had a functioning gun most bullets to bent to shot kids was told they wasn’t supposed to hide behind things and instead play “games” which was disappointing to them to. My kids were upset over entire experience and disappointed! We actually left before time was up cause only 2 functional guns kids were bored and us parents upset that we spent almost 100$ to have sad disappointed kids who was bored! Completely waste of money and it was obvious we was upset nothing to remedy the situation no discount apologies nothing just him keep blaming the kids they was using them wrong even tho they wasn’t working for him either! Steer away from this place! Unless you want to spend a crap ton of money for bored disappointed kids and your special needs 10 yo crying cause he kept giving her non working guns and...

Tried to take my daughter today at 5:11 (yes they close at 6) and the OPEN sign is turned off. We check and the door is unlocked and they are open. We go in and I enquired about the Rage Room and was informed two people just went ahead of us for a Nerf War and we would have to wait. We agreed to wait and then I realized what time it would be when they finished and asked the two clueless people (An 20's something young man and a Teenage looking girl) at the front if there would even be time for her to do a Rage room as they closed at 6. They both look at me like they are slowly processing what I am asking before the guy goes ''Oh yeahhhhh. I guess you wouldn't have any time because there are two people doing the nerf session and they both get 20 minutes. We can't help you. Sorry."

They were going to let us wait all that time and not tell us that she couldn't do it until after the other people finished? What kind of backwards business standard is that? I was excited for this place as we loved Lumberjack Attack. But I won't be back and I will be telling people to avoid that place until they get someone competent at...

Not at all what I expected. I booked the splat room for five people and was told when we got there someone had to go get more paint “canisters”. and our group could play mini golf while we waited. “Mini Golf consisted of a 9 hole course made from 2x4’s and was poorly done. The room felt super dirty and clubs/balls were in very poor shape. After a 25 minute wait we were taken to the splat room and given instruction on how to use the equipment which consisted of spray bottles, most of which were clogged and cheap bottles of paint which were also mostly clogged. The paint suits consisted of cheap, thin plastic ponchos that had been used many times. The one I was given wreaked of BO. Shoe coverings were ziplock bags. We were told there were dryers in the corner of the room to assist with drying our canvases and only one of two worked. That being said the drying area had an old piece of carpet rolled up and a trash bag kind of spread on the floor. The area was too dirty (and not from paint) to even put down canvases.
