I'm in the area visiting my sister and came here to purchase some delta pens. The woman was sitting down when we walked in and asked if we need help, I said no. Once I did need help she came over and proceeded to explain to me that if I wanted to purchase a delta pen, that I had to scan a QR code that would take me to a form to fill out that basically releases them from all Liability. This seems sketch as hell, why do you all need to practice this? Do you not trust your products?If you don't then I definitely won't! I'm not gonna give you the opportunity to relinquish responsibility either by filling out your stupid form! Definitely not a good experience at all and she wasn't very helpful either. If I could give 0 stars I would. At any rate I left and went down a few blocks to the gas station and bought one, and was on my way. Sorry you guys...
Read moreI won't be back! There are too many options to deal with rude sales associates. I have been a regular there since they opened in Brookfield because I like to see new businesses thrive! Every time I go in there, it is always the same person working. I usually don't have a problem (other than something about her just rubs me wrong). Today, I go in to buy my usual 2 geek bar vapes, and I get carded for the first time ever! That's OK. No big deal, I just thought it was odd being I'm almost 50 and never been carded there before (by the same person). Then I wanted to try a new vape. I get home with it and my friend is there with the same one. (It was nasty) so I didn't open my new one and went right back to the store with my receipt and unopened one to exchange it. I was told there was nothing she could do! I won't waste my time...
Read moreI wish I could leave zero stars . I purchased 2 vaps there that did not hold a charge. The day I went in there and purchased them the person behind the counter assured me that if I had a problem with them I could return them with no issue with the receipt which I kept. I went in today told them that they did not work and would not hold a charge. The same person was there today and simply told me "I didn't say that to you . We have a 48 hour return policy. " I then tried to explain that you never told me that the receipt doesn't say that and neither does the sign posted by the bin. At that point all she did was play on her phone and ignore me acting like a child. Buyers please BEWARE this is not an honest place !
