My husband and I have been going here for a little over a year and service and food where always "ok" so we went there tonight the man that greeted us was great always polite. But our waitress was another story. She never came to the table once to check on us the only thing she did was 2 minutes after we sat down was give us our check and stared off into space like she had no idea what was going on. At this point we are feeling a little off put by the lack of common courtesy. Another waitress passed and my husband had been waiting for a drink for over 15 minutes at this point. He asked the waitress nicely for a drink only to get snubbed. Five minutes later the hostess that greeted us came by and got the drinks. Kudos to him for being out standing and doing more then his share of the work. I only wish the wait staff shared his common courtesy. Pro tip for waitress in the purple gloves that touched everything including your phone and food with out changing gloves please find a new profession. Being in any customer service based job is NOT 🚫...
Read moreI wanted to like this place so much. In the cut chinese next to a small diesel station.
Unfortunately I think the buffet warmers are going bad or they aren't at the right temp.
I tried almost everything but 85% of was just Luke warm or flat out cold.
4 things that were good. The fresh cut pineapple, the coffee cake vanilla and chocolate. The bacon wrapped shrimp. (Mainly because it was hot)
2 things that stood out to me were no veggies by themselves other than salad. You have to get the veggies out the mushroom beef or chicken and broccoli. You could easily use the spot were the crab bake was supposed to be. The other was the salad dressing. You only got ranch that's it. And it's warm. They had other sauces but ones that didn't make sense. Duck sauce no duck Dumpling sauce no dumpling. Hot mustard and tartar sauce no fish. Cocktail sauce for the cold shrimp...
Read moreKudos to our waitress, 5 *'s to her! 👍 She was very friendly and she kept our drinks refilled and made sure everyone was well taken care of! As for the buffet, they were well stocked, majority of the food were on the sweet side, that's not authentic Chinese cuisine, and not good for diabetics and those watching their sugar intake either. LESS sugar/sweetners will taste better! Most of their food did not taste like any real Chinese buffet that we're use to back home in Hawaii, but the swirl ice cream cone was good, not as sweet as the buffet food. We would give them another try, since we know what dishes to stay away from this time, hoping to give a better review next...
