Catfish One — Local services in Brookhaven

Unless you wanna be told what you ordered, I advise you not to eat here!!!!! I placed an order at this establishment in which I told the young lady what I wanted to get halfway home & my order was wrong when I called back I was told what I had wanted cost the same price of what I was given & that I could come back & pay for the fish that I wanted. Now what sense does that make? I can come back & put more money in your pockets for an order that you screwed up. On top of that I was greeted by the owner who was very disrespectful & approach me in an unprofessional manner who went on to tell me that he overheard me placing my order and I did not say that was what I wanted. So for your few orders that was placed at the window, you mean to tell me you remembered what I said. I ordered a combination plate with fish and oysters. I waited for my order. When my food was ready, they gave it to another customer. He got in his vehicle with my order instead of his. I was still waiting for my food. A little while later he took the food back to window at Catfish One and gave it back to them. I’m still waiting for my food and watching as this takes place. Then, they called me to the window and gave me the same plate of food that the man got out of his truck. They shouldn’t have done that. They should have thrown that food away because they had given it to someone else and it had been in their presence and their vehicle. I told them they were not supposed to do that but they disagreed. I told them that I wasn’t satisfied with receiving that same plate and to either give me my money back or redo my order. They did not want to redo my order so they supposively refunded my money back to the debit card. They are not sanitary with their food. Very unprofessional. I ordered a plate for my mom and they fried her oysters hard as a rock when she asked in advance to fry them soft. The young lady just apologized and I told thanks for your apology but what are you all going to do to make it right. After arguing with me back and forth and being on hold I was told they couldn’t remake it bc it would be fried hard again. I then asked for my money back and was told I couldn’t get my money back.
