The second time was our last time. Two pedicures, sat 20 minutes with our feet in scorching hot, to then cold water.

The first nail tech tending to my wife started (who we had the first time) stopped and took phone calls and helped walk ins. Then straight up abandoned us for a walk in. 15 minutes later another tech came over and instantly cut my wife’s toe, to which he could not stop the bleeding. Then decides at some point just to paint over the cut.

I’m a guy, pretty loose with my nail cutting expectation. Half my toe nail was ripped off, I guess my tech didn’t want to keep cutting. Now have that stinging sensation since my nail bed is exposed.

We noticed roughly halfway through that they all put on face masks, which none were wearing when we started.

I can’t recommend, but your experience may differ. Super uncomfortable experience and took nearly an hour and a half. $80 later, no apology or...

I always love getting my nails done here! Kelly has been doing my nails for two years now, and she does an amazing job every time!! She has great attention to detail in shaping my nails exactly how I like them and making sure they are all equal in length and style. She can even match to my nail inspo pics, and if there is a design she can’t do, there are several other highly skilled nail techs at the salon that can step into do it. I followed Kelly over from Polished a few months ago, and this salon is such an upgrade!! They are recently under new ownership and now all of the products are high quality, the vibe is relaxed and fun, the prices are great, and the owner does a fantastic job enhancing the customer experience! I also love their app where I can view services and make appointments so easily :) 10000 stars highly recommend trying this...
