If I could give zero stars I would. The young boy at the counter with bleach blonde hair who was giving out orders was extremely unhelpful. We could see our order from the counter and he said âit isnât ready we are all backed up so youâre going to have to waitâ very rudely. However, we could see our order with our name on it from the counter. We then left the store and my bf called to only talk to a fake manager who was impersonating the real shift manager. This fake manager just said okay and to have a goodnight. I called back shortly after and spoke to another shift manager allegedly, who said the first âmanagerâ was just a baker, further proving their lies. The second âshift managerâ said that it was a very busy night, and that it was not that big of a deal. Maybe so, but even if you are busy it does not mean you sacrifice customer service by being blatantly rude. I worked in restaurants from 14-18 years old and never treated a customer like this! Neither of them could give out their names due to âcorporate policyâ which I think is ineffective communication and potentially another lie. Additionally, neither of them even apologized for the poor service and distasteful attitudes from all three of the employees we interacted with. I will be reaching out to corporate and this bad experience and hope to see the fake manager and alleged real manager have consequences. This happened at around 6:30pm...
Read moreCrumbl is both overrated AND overpriced. The cookies are a good size for the price, but they are SEVERELY underbaked, and they have a nasty aftertaste that coats your mouth long after you stop eating them.
We tried (4) of the weekly desserts:
Banana Cream Pie Cookie: 1 out of 10 Lemon Drop Cookie: 7 out of 10 Tres Leches Cake: 7 out of 10 Confetti Cake: 2 out of 10
The Banana Cream pie cookie was borderline inedible. Doughy, chalky, and left a chemical taste in my mouth. The filling on top was good, but the wafer was stale. Worst of the bunch by far.
The Confetti Cake was dry and so was the frosting, which is crazy because thatâs usually what saves a lot of these desserts. It was bland and unfulfilling. Iâve had better cake from Kroger.
The Lemon Drop cookie was pretty good. It was easily the best baked cookie, and had a nice cinnamon flavor reminiscent of a gingerbread cookie, which balanced well with the tartness of the lemon on top.
The Tres Leches cake was on par with the Lemon Drop cookie. The cake itself was a little lacking in flavor, but it was moist as it should be. The cream on top was complimented well by the cinnamon dusting. This is probably the only thing I would ever buy again.
If you just want to try Crumbl for the experience, or youâre a content creator, go for it. Otherwise, please donât...
Read moreVisted this place recently. The cookies were good, but the customer service from the young lady on the pickup/delivery orders was unacceptable. I ordered ice cream, but she didnât give me a spoon with my order. When I asked for a spoon, she seemed very agitated. Iâm assuming because they were busy. Once she got the spoon, she placed it on the counter, and walked away. She didnât have the courtesy to give it to me in my hand. That counter may not have been sanitized for all I know. Being that she walked away so quickly, I didnât have the chance to ask for another one being that she placed that one on the counter. Therefore, I had to go behind the counter myself and get a spoon. She also never even said, âhave a good nightâ or âcome back and see us.â These are basic customer service skills. I was very regretful that I left a tip because she was not deserving. Employees at a cookie store of this caliber should not display anything but pleasantness. I did speak with manager Fatima about her behavior and she offered to make it right. Hopefully the next time there will be a complete change in their...
