They have failed to provide the services I needed. I understand things become busy and hectic, but no excuse in these cases.
#1 When my infant son had surgery he needed bladder medication, and I was told it would take two days, and to contact the doctor because we would have to wait. I contacted my doctor said it was the pharmacy's job to provide the medication.. I went back later that night and they had it ready.
#2 I was told by my doctor what medication to pick up for my son, the pharmacist argued with me about giving my son capsules, when I told them it would be used in food. I even showed them the order from my doctor online. She proceeded to argue with me then had the audacity to ask what it was for. It took me having to contact my son's doctor to contact Hy-Vee pharmacy just to get his meds - which were for keeping his food down because of his vomiting issues. Got a phone call from the pharmacist that argued with me about how to use the meds, which I had told her directly the night before.
#3 I could not pick up my sons medication ( which is for keeping food and formula down) and was told it would take 2-3 days, because they ran out. They also took the last pills and now my son will be out of...

I submitted a prescription refill before it expired but they didn't have it so their system "bumped it" (their words). Rather than contacting me, they let it expire, so when I showed up on the date/time it was supposed to be ready, I couldn't fill it.
