I've been to a number of Wingstops over the years, and I have loved all of them. What it'll tell you about this particular location (and it's new) is that it sucks. The atmosphere is loud and it's staffed with workers who seem more concerned with giving each other high fives, laughing and wandering around while there's guests waiting. Me and another customer actually had a dialogue (while waiting) and discussed the very concept that I'm articulating. We watched no less than five staff just mosey on with life with no sense of urgency, care, and really appeared to do nothing the entire 20 minutes that I was waiting... And that was after my online order arrival time. This was in plain view of anyone and everybody that was there and paying attention. The chicken wings were small and the fries were worse than two day old gas station fries; absolutely terrible, completely soggy and needed to be air fried when I got home. We had to ask where the rest of our food was—like we were bothering them for wanting what we paid for. First time I asked? They didn’t even flinch. Just walked away like I was a ghost with no appetite. It was like a psychological experiment in patience. 10/10 on stress. 2/10 on speed. But weirdly… the food slapped. Like, actually worth it. If you can survive the trauma,...

If you guys missed an item acknowledge it, just by talking rude doesn’t resolve the problem and on top you guys gave my order late than the time it shows in app -...
