Absolutely the worst experience ever, we had an consumers account and went in to upgrade our phones, was looking into getting wifi for our business and the lady and manager convinced to change to a Business account it would only go from $340 to $379 per month wich is affordable right? Well not so easy spent 3 days in a row more than 3 hours between this store and Brandon SD store to switch over to a Business account like they wanted. My account was debited by $954.13! 2 weeks earlier than we normally pay mind you. When I saw that my account was incorrect I immediately notified them and asked them to correct it. They promised but never did! Then stated it was for 2 months. I asked them to correct it and to please not take double because it's not affordable. If I knew it was going to be that much I would have said no! They bullied us basically into a huge account we can't afford! Now my new account is $577.83 does that sound like $379????? I kept going back kept texting. Literally begging nicely for them to fix it and correct it but nothing. They will send 1 text then nothing for weeks. We have been loyal customers for 6 years.
