I don't understand how a governmental entity (City of Brookings) can own a liquor store. And be the only supplier to all alcohol retailers in town. All bars, restaurants, convenience stores must buy from the store. The are beer oriented (Brookings is a college town.) Inexpensive wine. There are some more expensive offerings.
