This is a small business run by two very nice, and professional guys. I went in with a stone that needed resetting. I told them what I wanted, and they were very attentive, made notes and told me that they would have to create the setting since the measurements were not standard. They do everything on the premises so I knew that my stone would not get sent out. Within a couple of days, I was told I could come in to look at the wax cast, and approve before they started the work, which I did. With in a week it was done, and when I went to pick it up, I was surprised that it exceeded my expectations. The craftsmanship was outstanding, and the finished piece was just stunning. I had a great experience at Jewelry Express! I brought in a few watches for replacement batteries, as well as a few small pieces of jewelry for repair. I also had a solo earring made into a necklace. The service was beyond friendly— each person I encountered seemed genuinely interested in making sure I was happy with everything. A friend recommended me to this shop and they were excellent! They helped me designed the perfect ring for my now fiancée. They were very responsive and fast through the entire process. They made sure everything was to my liking with a great price point for the ring and service. The ring came out beautiful and exactly what I wanted! After a day or two my fiancée wanted to drop the size slightly for a tighter fit and they managed to make sure to properly measure her and shrink the size down within an hour.
