Went to return a case the man said they don't have a return policy. Didn't say it on the receipts but was written some where in the store. Next time I will just go to my phone provider. The worst part about this is it wasn't even the right case that I asked for. It was the wrong one and on top of that I sold the phone to upgrade all within a week. The guy who sold it to me recognized me. I respected and his choice to not validate the return. I was referred here buy my phone tech. Never again though. In this day and age what phone store doesn't accept returns on accessories with a receipt and original packaging. Oh well I'll just try to sell it on eBay...

These guys scam you specially with handsets. They sell used phones at the price of a new. If you are an uninformed buyer you will get into their scam and end up buying a handset thinking its a bargain. They also consult and communicate in their own language in front of their clients so you don't understand how things work. They are rude with customers and swear in their own language if they know that you are not buying from them. I had a total bad experience and wanted to share so...
