I want to take a few minutes of viewers time to explain why I rated CMG 5 STARS .Only and I MEAN only up until a little over a month ago this office was 5 star office ..CMG Employee .Deber Collins was one of the best LPN I had ever seen. She was very intelligent as well as knowledgeable about all my medical needs and physical needs she . She has expanded her horizon by moving on to helping others with more health needs. God bless her, she will be missed. Dr. Waldron of CMG I recently had the pleasure of seeing him due to to unfortunately happens of mine, he is an awesome Doctor and I had request to make him my primary doctor since LPN Collins was no longer available due to my surprise I was told he is not taking any new patients.even though he is on my insurance card that was assigned to me. The last day I seen LPN Collins, CMG presented me with two other LPNs to choose from to be my primary care physician. I choose one and my son also choose the same as I did being that LPN Collins also was his primary care physician. On the day of his appointment with the new LPN PAULINE he told me she came in office and knew nothing about his health my son has faught a brain disease and spinal cord leakage. This unknown knowledge for A primary care physician to enter a room and have no know knowledge is unexcused did she not read his medical records first? Now I too sit and have no refills on an medication that is for my social entrance of society and a heart regulatory and can't get until I see LPN PAULINE which is in June of this yr. I had an appointment this past Monday which I was sick in bed and couldn't make it. So now I am afraid of how my body will react without this medication. I am very disappointed in my new findings of this office. I will say Robin and Melissa at front desk is awesome as well as the nurse i had for LPN Collins They take no blame in the physician's choice of how ones patient continues to get their medication. Hats off to you ladies and Dr waldron. So with now rated this would be 3 stars only being fair here.i most likely will have to go to ER which i don't want to ,but come tomorrow Sunday is my last day of this medication that I need and can't get refills until June . What primary care physician does that to a patient that is battling a auto immune system disease? I can only pray something will come to light for this office I have put my trust in my health and son's health...
Read moreThe office visit experience starts prior to seeing the Dr; 5/5 stars for Annie, the receptionist, who, described the Drs practicing there compassionate and urged me to give it a try when she found I was in search of a good local dr office. 5/5 stars also on booking my appointment, and handling the paperwork courteously and efficiently; reception can make or break an offices reputation. They have a good receptionist. 5/5 stars for Krystel, the nurse that checked me in. I was pretty nervous going in, but by the end of our time together, she had me laughing, at ease and, enjoying my experience. Very personable, professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable. 5/5 stars for Dr. Kerri Rundstrum. She is attentive, kind, took her time with me; great listening ear, I felt heard and well tended. She has many areas of expertise prior to General practice. A wealth of experience and knowledge. I needed a few follow ups(referrals, prescription called in, results of tests) and those were handled promptly and well organized. 5/5 stars for Susan, the phlebotomist/lab tech. Her blood draw...it sounds impossible, but I never felt a thing, she's that good at what she does. No bruising, found the vein first time, no discomfort. I think, her ability to make ppl comfortable is remarkable. Exceptional team here, the energy between these coworkers just sparkles with warmth towards each other, and, towards the patient. First time...
Read moreI used to love coming to this facility when Dr Collins nurse practitioner PCP, she is no longer with this facility the disrespect from the nurse's and staff is irreprehensible there's a nurse by the name of Sharon that works at this facility she was very disrespectful at the way she speaks to clients ( myself) they do not listen they refuse to allow you to speak to anyone when you try to make a complaint and try to cover everything up and I'm so glad that I recorded the whole conversation with Sharon at the disrespect because this facility never sends refills back to the pharmacy having myself not to have my meds in my system for at least 5 to 4 months and how she was speaking I will no longer attend this facility and find another PCP and the new doctor Paulina who I left a message to have give me a call in reference to my health because I have MS and other severe illness they refused to allow me to speak with her when Dr Collins was there health was always an great deal and well taken care of. If I have to wait a week to get a call because I have a prior appointment my services will be rendered from coming to...
