My experience at RACV was nothing short of excellent. The professionalism and care given by the staff is second to none. When first arrived you are met by Kim (like a boss) who makes you feel welcome and comfortable and get you started. I was assigned Katie as my therapist who attention to detail with one of the greatest smile you ever want to see took her time to access my problem and talk about my goals to correct them. Though Katie was my therapist I was impressed at how Jessica and Hannah work together with her in making sure that the patient treatments are carried out. The atmosphere is pleasant and the facilities is clean. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone that needs therapy. These ladies are outstanding and truly make you feel like family. The staff at Rehab Associates was wonderful, from Kim at the front desk to Katie (Doctor/Therapist) and Taylor (Therapist) got me back on my feet in weeks. I had a shoulder/back injury that was so bad I could barely walk. After working with them they set me up with various exercises and stretches that restored my mobility, strength and greatly reduced the pain! Great people in a well maintained facility near me. I am very pleased with the staff, service and location. They worked with me and my work schedule to make sure I got the treatment I needed. They have made me feel welcome and helped me so much, 3 weeks into my 6 week recovery and I can already tell a big difference. They are all very helpful and very respectful.
