Good experience, bad experience. I may visit again because I love to find a deal, but It is never healthy to argue with a customer. Period.

Owners seem very nice per first purchase, but the second experience didn’t go as well when I got home I noticed that 2 pairs of shoes I purchased did not make it home with me and one pair of shoes was damaged where they had been pieced together. I get that mistakes happen on the part of leaving a bag behind, but I’ve worked retail and I always made sure customers went home with all their bags.

As for the damaged item, it was an honest overlook on my part (**always inspect items well before purchasing, because there may be some items that get damaged by other customers, dis-shoveled, etc ) - I get that it’s not a Walmart and we appreciate the good deals, but don’t argue with customers about an item that was damaged on the shelf through handling — and please take the customer word next time that he or she didn’t see until arriving home with the item. .. as a rule of thumb try to work with customers..

The store manager went as far as to accuse me of cutting the zip tie and that was just too far. :-/ made customer feel very uncomfortable and upset.

One recommendation is to be more thankful for your customers and the business they bring. $$$ Another would be to have some larger bags to make sure all items go into a bag and customer won’t potentially leave behind a bag without noticing. (But thanks for storing my purchase over night)..

I was a big fan at first! Starting to look like a hoarder store. Place is packed with stuff getting to the point where it's not enjoyable to shop there anymore. Reason is the prices became over priced. Yeah some things have good prices but most NO. You have to be careful shopping here the prices have gotten higher and I think the community is noticing due to the fact the store is packed. Lower the prices move the stuff! To respond to the owner the fact is the store is way over crowded! You need less accounts then! 40 % lol example baby wipes 25 CENT less then the store! I have spoken to many people in the community about the store people say watch the prices check with your phone alot of things not worth it! I'm bringing it to your attention what the community thinks be greatfull! You can't tell me for a fact the store is not looking like a hoarder. In the rear of the store it's filled with tvs that u can't even walk thru the aisle. Maybe don't buy anymore if u don't have room. Boxes filled with over priced tools and parts that nobody is gonna look thru...Get it together or you ll grow out of this store like u did the other store in spring hill. Usually what happens...

I have purchased many items from this store and absolutely love this place. I have got a carpet cleaner for half of what I could have purchased in a big box store still in box with all attachments and love it. I also got a Ninja coffee maker suite and a large boom box speaker with karaoke and all these is possible were checked by employees before I left the store .That is some of the lsrger itemd purvhssed as well as many othrrvitems yiu name it. I am so happy with my purchases.
