This is an honest business. My dryer wasn’t working. Derek could have sold me a dryer and it would have worked and I would have never known the wiser. Instead, he wanted to test my dryer first. We took it off my truck and had to install another power cord because I took mine off. Once power cord was installed we plugged it in and it started working just fine! Turns out I had a bad power cord. All of his dryers come with a power cord. Had he just sold me a dryer that already had a power cord on it, it would have worked and I would have simply thought that my dryer was bad. My first experience with this place was great. I purchased a used washer and dryer set. After about a year I had to replace the washer. When I replaced the washer I ended up with a bad one that wasn't spinning. So I called and asked to have it replaced. Unfortunately I couldn't get the time off of work again to go back to pick out the replacement washer, so I entrusted someone from T & L to pick one out for me and deliver it to my home while I was at work.
