Salesman (Dee) lied about tablet price telling me it was only 100 since I swapped from Verizon and att with the family. I asked if when I get my rebate, if I can pay it off and take it off the account, and with the manager (Aaron) standing next to him, he said that was fine. Until I went to pay it off. Found out I'd have to pay full retail price to take it off my account, and they won't let me return it to the store. Spoke to customer service and found out they are third-party retailers and were pretty much told they make up their own rules. I went back to the store and asked to talk to the manager. They tried to credit my bill for 130 instead of taking the tablet back, and I'm not paying for it for 24 months on a line..... they refused to call their district manager about it or the person who owns the store. I had customer service and asked them to contact them, and they just refused. They just smile at you, saying we can't do anything until you leave the store. Salesman said oh it must have been a miscommunication." It's not a miscommunication when you blatantly lie about prices and how bill credit works to get a quick sale. Now I'm stuck escalating this to corporate, and I'm at the point to cancle the service go elsewhere and sue the store. This has been a waste of time and money, and these people are liars and thieves. Tmobile themselves are great. However, these dam third party stores need to be shut down and reported for robbing the public. Worst goddam experience with phones in my life... to be continued when it gets...

The lady asked if I was interested in Sync Up Drive. I politely declined and explained I'm trying to lower my monthly costs. She decides then to offer it for 3 months free. Considering I've been with tmobile 2 1/2 years, I figured my consistency finally paid off. . I agreed with excitement. She got everything set up on a sim card. Told me they didnt have any of the actual devices so I would have to return later. No problem. I come back later, pick up the device and she reminds me to put the sim card in before I set up. And then tells me I owe 6 dollars and change....for something I thought was going to be free. Turns out I just bought myself the equipment without even knowing. I set everything up the way she told me, except the device was a 2....no sim card used. Nothing was working and I got extremely frustrated. So I decided the next day to go to another store. 5 minutes....the guy fixed it in five minutes. And explains the lady set the service up on the sim card. NOT THE DEVICE. I can assure you this has not been our only disappointment with this store. I will not be returning. Tmobile needs to step up the training. These people do not know what they are talking about nor what they are doing. Definitely go somewhere else. The one on Cortez has a tech...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreT-mobile is the only carrier that provides coverage in my rural area. So I feel stuck with them. I've been a customer for 7 years now, upgrading my phone every couple of years.
Each time I've gone to their retail stores, I get a weird, empty feeling, and their employees don't explain the plan, products, and features well. I asked the associate what the difference was between the 3 galaxy models, and she indifferently told me, "The camera." That's all? "Yeah." I feel like a number, and they're stressed and in a rush. I understand they are human. I do. But if I'm spending over $1k in their store, can they not spend more time educating and advising?
My recent visit is the cause for this review: I got a new Galaxy Ultra and wanted the extra memory, so it needed to be shipped to me as it wasn't in stock. The associate sold me the protection plan that covers anything that could happen, as well as a free screen protector that they'll install. She told me to come back when I received my phone and they'd install it. When I did so, I was told that I had to buy the first one at $40 and then the rest were free. I'm now leaving without the screen protector, as they're marked up 400% from what I can get online. It's not worth the hassle. I'm about ready to shop...
