This is in reference to the Applebees that resides at this shopping center.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would.
We arrived with our group just after 11am, when they opened and placed our orders within a few minutes. We were not in a big rush since we didnt have to be at our meet up until 1. By 1145, all we had were our drinks(sodas) that we ordered. When we asked about the salads and appetizers, they ce out shortly after. We ate what was brought out and asked, to make sure they didnt wait to put in the main order since it had taken so long to get anything at all and they assured us it would be out shortly. 1220 came, and still no food. I walked back to the kitchen to tell them to box up what they'd made because we had to leave. They then proceeded to bring out our plates. In that time, our group had seen other people come in, order, eat and leave.
The food they brought out on the plates was cold, the fries were soggy. We asked to speak to the.manager 3 times and he did not come out until I called Applebees from my table and told the person who answered the phone that I was looking directly at them and they needed to tell the manager to scurry his butt over to the table with all the angry customers at it that's wanted to talk to him for the past 35 minutes.
He came over, gave everyone their Bill's while the kitchen took the food back and boxed it and said he was sorry.
I even tried to call corporate but they aren't open on Sundays. I did NOT get $50 worth of service that I was forced to pay for bu this Applebees.
Addendum: When trying to contact the regional corporation representatives, via email and phone call, the group I was with has gotten no response from them. Emails have gone unanswered and the direct phone calls have ended without hangups on their part. I am beginning to wonder if this is an Applebees problem in general and not just a single restaurant management issue. Judging from their actions, Ia beginning to think this is a corporate way...

We went there Monday evening around 7 pm and we had to wait with other guests in the crowded front of the restaurant for a table.
I counted 14 vacant tables and when I asked the receptionist why the wait she told me "the kitchen was backed up" What that had to do with us needing to stand in a crowded area with other people (and their loud children) is beyond me.
She was NOT very accommodating, nor apologetic and I felt was rather rude. I asked if she'd rather we go somewhere else and I was told "That's entirely up to you" Her attitude was far from professional.
We will not be back to patronize this particular...
